I started writing as far back as 1997 and at that time, I'll happily walk into my Dad's office to show him my write-ups and one day after reading one of my write-ups, he looked at me and then said someday you will be a writer. These words sunk deep into me but then I didn't know how it was going to be. With the help of My Mum and dad, I kept writing my poems. I remembered those days when all roads led to cafe to browse cause mobile phones were scarce then, my parents would give me money to browse and then while playing around I bump into international library of poetry. At that time, they were into poetry competition so I reluctantly sent in my poems to them so after some months I got a letter from them through post office that I was selected to be given Editors Choice Award.
