Day 33 of 41 Thank you Lord for My failures

Failures shouldn't our end but our PUSH

I succeeded not because I know how to do things but because I failed many times. My failures were my success stones. My failures taught me lots.

What do you do when you fail? Failures can either MAKE or MAR you. You have to choose.

The book, FAIL FORWARD BY JOHN MAXWELL made me looking at failures should be my stepping stones. Ìnstead of loosing it in Self Pity, I must brace myself up Give God thanks and move on.

Great Accomplishments are often attempted but only occasionally reached. Those who reach them are usually those who have missed many times before. Failures are only temporary tests to prepare us for permanent triumphs (Charles Swindoll)

God knows as humans, we will get to points in our lives that we will fail.

Yes, our past failures have ways of turning us to have regrets and possibly feel self pitied.

Although failures can be difficult and discouraging, they also provide us with valuable lessons and opportunities for growth. Our mistakes can teach us what not to do in the future and spur us on to innovate and try new approaches.

In fact, many successful people credit their failures and setbacks as the impetus for their success. So, while it may be hard to see the silver lining in the midst of a failure, it is important to recognize that it is not the end, but rather a stepping stone in our journey.

Dear Lord, my failures make me look away from You because I failed you, I thank you because your Love looked beyond my failures. Thank you because I am alive today because of your sustaining grace and mercy. Thank you Lord because my failures didn't hold me down but raised my up to be a Better Version of Myself. Thank you because I know you'll give me the sustaining grace to MOVE UP despite my failures. I LOVE YOU LORD

Day 1 of 30: God is My Portion

A recent song has really hit me, “OLUWATOSIN, JESUS IS ENOUGH FOR ME.” Each time I listen, my heart whispers back, Yes, Lord, You are enough. We live in a world that constantly pushes us to want more—more success, more money, more recognition. But deep down, the only true satisfaction comes from God Himself. That’s why I’m starting this journey: 30 Days of “The Lord is Enough for Me.” Every day we will look at one truth about who God is—our portion, peace, strength, and joy. Come along, and let’s rest in Him together. Day 1: God is My Portion There are times in life when we feel like something is missing. Maybe it’s money, friends, success, or even peace. Sometimes our hearts whisper, “If only I had this or that, then I would be happy.”*But the truth is this—things fade, people change, and life is never perfect. Yet, in the middle of all that, there is one unshakable truth: God is enough. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:24: *“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will ...

Day 3 of 30: The Lord is My Shepherd

Greetings to you Beloved, trust you are doing well today. We began this journey with “The Lord is my portion,” then “The Lord is my provider.” Today, we see another deep truth: The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” What a powerful promise! A shepherd’s job is to guide, feed, and protect the sheep. The sheep do not worry about the path, food, or danger—they only follow the shepherd. In the same way, God leads us, provides for us, and keeps us safe. Sheep cannot survive without a shepherd. They easily get lost, they cannot fight off wild animals, and they cannot find good pasture on their own. That’s exactly why God chose this picture for us. Without Him, we are lost. But with Him, we are safe. Jesus Himself said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” He not only leads us—He gave His life for us. That is how much He loves us. Sometimes, life feels like walking through a dark valley. We don...

Day 2 of 30: The Lord is My Provider

Beloved, trust you are doing well today.  We started yesterday with, “The Lord is my portion.” Today, we are going a step further: The Lord is my provider. I don't know if you did as I did yesterday, in my prayers throughout yesterday, I kept saying "THE LORD IS MY PORTION." Life can sometimes make us feel worried. The bills pile up, needs keep coming, and dreams feel far away. We wonder, “Will I ever have enough? Who will take care of me?” In the middle of these questions, God’s Word gives us a beautiful promise: Philippians 4:19 – “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Notice what the verse says—all your need. Not some, not a few, but all. This doesn’t mean God gives us everything we want, but it means He provides exactly what we truly need at the right time. He knows us better than we know ourselves. Think of a little child. A good parent makes sure the child has food, clothes, and shelter. The child doesn’t sit and wo...
