Day 32 of 41 Thank You Lord for Giving me Clothes to Wear and Shelter to Live in

As humans and even children of God, we often take for granted love and care we received from God. We often look at the Big things we don't have and neglect the small things we have. We fail to realise that "LITTLE IS MUCH WHEN GRATITUDE IS IN IT." When last did you specifically thank God for giving you clothes to wear and for giving you shelter to sleep?

We have this entitlemente spirits even as humans that is why we often feel that many of the things we have is because we work for them. Let me make it clear, you are privileged to have what you have. Yes, Hard Works pays but Hard Work with Humility makes no SENSE. There's nothing you have that wasn't given to you by God

Thank you Lord for putting clothes on our backs and creating a beautiful, loving home and shelter for us to live in.

We've often heard of HOMELESS PEOPLE, do you think they love the life they live? May God have mercy on us.

Say this after me,

Dear Lord,

I come to you with a heavy heart and ask for forgiveness for not thanking you enough for the blessings you have bestowed upon me. I am truly sorry for taking for granted the clothes on my back and the roof over my head.

I realize that these are basic necessities that many people around the world are struggling to obtain. I acknowledge that everything I have is because of your grace, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Please forgive me for not expressing my gratitude as often as I should, and help me to remain mindful of your abundant blessings in my life. May I always be thankful for the simple things, and never forget the love and grace that you pour out upon me every day. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

With a grateful heart, please say this after me,

I come before you today to express my heartfelt gratitude for the many blessings you have bestowed upon me, including the clothes on my back and the shelter that I call home. I am so grateful for the warmth and protection that my shelter provides, and for the clothes that keep me comfortable and presentable. I remember that not everyone is as fortunate as I am, and I humbly thank you for the many ways in which you constantly provide for me.

Day 1 of 30: God is My Portion

A recent song has really hit me, “OLUWATOSIN, JESUS IS ENOUGH FOR ME.” Each time I listen, my heart whispers back, Yes, Lord, You are enough. We live in a world that constantly pushes us to want more—more success, more money, more recognition. But deep down, the only true satisfaction comes from God Himself. That’s why I’m starting this journey: 30 Days of “The Lord is Enough for Me.” Every day we will look at one truth about who God is—our portion, peace, strength, and joy. Come along, and let’s rest in Him together. Day 1: God is My Portion There are times in life when we feel like something is missing. Maybe it’s money, friends, success, or even peace. Sometimes our hearts whisper, “If only I had this or that, then I would be happy.”*But the truth is this—things fade, people change, and life is never perfect. Yet, in the middle of all that, there is one unshakable truth: God is enough. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:24: *“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will ...

Day 3 of 30: The Lord is My Shepherd

Greetings to you Beloved, trust you are doing well today. We began this journey with “The Lord is my portion,” then “The Lord is my provider.” Today, we see another deep truth: The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” What a powerful promise! A shepherd’s job is to guide, feed, and protect the sheep. The sheep do not worry about the path, food, or danger—they only follow the shepherd. In the same way, God leads us, provides for us, and keeps us safe. Sheep cannot survive without a shepherd. They easily get lost, they cannot fight off wild animals, and they cannot find good pasture on their own. That’s exactly why God chose this picture for us. Without Him, we are lost. But with Him, we are safe. Jesus Himself said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” He not only leads us—He gave His life for us. That is how much He loves us. Sometimes, life feels like walking through a dark valley. We don...

Day 2 of 30: The Lord is My Provider

Beloved, trust you are doing well today.  We started yesterday with, “The Lord is my portion.” Today, we are going a step further: The Lord is my provider. I don't know if you did as I did yesterday, in my prayers throughout yesterday, I kept saying "THE LORD IS MY PORTION." Life can sometimes make us feel worried. The bills pile up, needs keep coming, and dreams feel far away. We wonder, “Will I ever have enough? Who will take care of me?” In the middle of these questions, God’s Word gives us a beautiful promise: Philippians 4:19 – “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Notice what the verse says—all your need. Not some, not a few, but all. This doesn’t mean God gives us everything we want, but it means He provides exactly what we truly need at the right time. He knows us better than we know ourselves. Think of a little child. A good parent makes sure the child has food, clothes, and shelter. The child doesn’t sit and wo...
