Day 18 of 41 Thank you Lord for Giving me another day and chance to become a better person

Les Brown once said, “the graveyard is the richest place on earth, because it is here that you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled, the books that were never written, the songs that were never sung, the inventions that were never shared, the cures that were never discovered, all because someone was too afraid.”

I know for sure that;

  • You have songs written down and you don't have sponsors, thank God you are alive so you have the chance to keep writing.
  • You have lots of art works yet to be recognized, thank God you are alive so you have the chance to keep drawing.
  • You have ideas in your head, thank God you are alive so you have the chance to  keep writing them down.
  • You have articles written and no money to get them published, thank God you are alive so you have the chance to keep writing.
  • You have lots of architectural designs you've drawn and no one is ready to patronize you,  thank God you are alive so you have the chance to keep drawing them.
  • You've written and submitted lots of proposals, thank God you are alive so you have the chance to keep doing it.
  • You've tried many exams and failed, thank God you are alive so don't give up.
  • You have applied for so many jobs and no one has recruited you, thank God you are alive so keep applying.

Everyday you are alive, it is a chance to be a better version of yourself.

For over 15 years now, I came up with this slogan that a lot of people who know me will know me with these words, EVERYDAY GETS BETTER.

For the fact that you are alive know that there's always something good about who you are and what you carry.

So thank God for Giving you another day and chance to become a better person

We are not better than those in the grave so instead complaining about your unfulfilled dreams start thank God because you have an opportunity and chance to make yourself a better version.

Being Alive is the greatest Blessing money cannot buy cause you have the opportunity to make things right

Dear Lord, thank You for Giving me another day and chance to become a better person, oh this means so much to me. For not thank you and looking at the chance I have to make myself better, please forgive me for my constant complaints

Day 1 of 30: God is My Portion

A recent song has really hit me, “OLUWATOSIN, JESUS IS ENOUGH FOR ME.” Each time I listen, my heart whispers back, Yes, Lord, You are enough. We live in a world that constantly pushes us to want more—more success, more money, more recognition. But deep down, the only true satisfaction comes from God Himself. That’s why I’m starting this journey: 30 Days of “The Lord is Enough for Me.” Every day we will look at one truth about who God is—our portion, peace, strength, and joy. Come along, and let’s rest in Him together. Day 1: God is My Portion There are times in life when we feel like something is missing. Maybe it’s money, friends, success, or even peace. Sometimes our hearts whisper, “If only I had this or that, then I would be happy.”*But the truth is this—things fade, people change, and life is never perfect. Yet, in the middle of all that, there is one unshakable truth: God is enough. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:24: *“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will ...

Day 3 of 30: The Lord is My Shepherd

Greetings to you Beloved, trust you are doing well today. We began this journey with “The Lord is my portion,” then “The Lord is my provider.” Today, we see another deep truth: The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” What a powerful promise! A shepherd’s job is to guide, feed, and protect the sheep. The sheep do not worry about the path, food, or danger—they only follow the shepherd. In the same way, God leads us, provides for us, and keeps us safe. Sheep cannot survive without a shepherd. They easily get lost, they cannot fight off wild animals, and they cannot find good pasture on their own. That’s exactly why God chose this picture for us. Without Him, we are lost. But with Him, we are safe. Jesus Himself said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” He not only leads us—He gave His life for us. That is how much He loves us. Sometimes, life feels like walking through a dark valley. We don...

Day 2 of 30: The Lord is My Provider

Beloved, trust you are doing well today.  We started yesterday with, “The Lord is my portion.” Today, we are going a step further: The Lord is my provider. I don't know if you did as I did yesterday, in my prayers throughout yesterday, I kept saying "THE LORD IS MY PORTION." Life can sometimes make us feel worried. The bills pile up, needs keep coming, and dreams feel far away. We wonder, “Will I ever have enough? Who will take care of me?” In the middle of these questions, God’s Word gives us a beautiful promise: Philippians 4:19 – “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Notice what the verse says—all your need. Not some, not a few, but all. This doesn’t mean God gives us everything we want, but it means He provides exactly what we truly need at the right time. He knows us better than we know ourselves. Think of a little child. A good parent makes sure the child has food, clothes, and shelter. The child doesn’t sit and wo...
