Day 6 of 41 Thank you Lord for Protecting me

Have you thanked Him today? From our previous days, God Himself has really empowered us to be intentional about thanking Him in all circumstances.

Many times we take for granted the miracles we receive when we sleep and wake up, when we go out and come in safely. There are battles we would have faced but God kept us safe from them.

Gloria Copeland wrote that, "God’s protection means you are inaccessible to the enemy, no matter what the circumstances. According to the Scriptures, God encircles, encompasses, covers and shields those who make Him their refuge. His presence—the anointing—is a kind of force field of protection making you inaccessible to the enemy no matter what the circumstances."

Yes, I'm not perfect but God keeps protecting me.

Psalms 46:1 - God is like a place where we can go, where he will protect us. He will always give us help when troubles come.

God will PROTECT us at difficult times! But it only occurs once we reach the secret place according to Psalm 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most high shall abide under the shadow of the Almight. How do we find the secret? It is found when we use the password which is "Thank you Lord."

So in the spirit of thanking God, say this:

Thank You, Lord Jesus, for the assurance that  no one will be able to pluck us  from either Your or Your Father's hands. Oh Lord, it seems like the world is becoming more violent and dangerous every year, but I do  thank You that no matter what happens to  us in this life, we are secure in Your hands  because,  by virtue of being Your children, we  have everlasting  life in You

Day 1 of 30: God is My Portion

A recent song has really hit me, “OLUWATOSIN, JESUS IS ENOUGH FOR ME.” Each time I listen, my heart whispers back, Yes, Lord, You are enough. We live in a world that constantly pushes us to want more—more success, more money, more recognition. But deep down, the only true satisfaction comes from God Himself. That’s why I’m starting this journey: 30 Days of “The Lord is Enough for Me.” Every day we will look at one truth about who God is—our portion, peace, strength, and joy. Come along, and let’s rest in Him together. Day 1: God is My Portion There are times in life when we feel like something is missing. Maybe it’s money, friends, success, or even peace. Sometimes our hearts whisper, “If only I had this or that, then I would be happy.”*But the truth is this—things fade, people change, and life is never perfect. Yet, in the middle of all that, there is one unshakable truth: God is enough. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:24: *“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will ...

Day 3 of 30: The Lord is My Shepherd

Greetings to you Beloved, trust you are doing well today. We began this journey with “The Lord is my portion,” then “The Lord is my provider.” Today, we see another deep truth: The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” What a powerful promise! A shepherd’s job is to guide, feed, and protect the sheep. The sheep do not worry about the path, food, or danger—they only follow the shepherd. In the same way, God leads us, provides for us, and keeps us safe. Sheep cannot survive without a shepherd. They easily get lost, they cannot fight off wild animals, and they cannot find good pasture on their own. That’s exactly why God chose this picture for us. Without Him, we are lost. But with Him, we are safe. Jesus Himself said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” He not only leads us—He gave His life for us. That is how much He loves us. Sometimes, life feels like walking through a dark valley. We don...

Day 2 of 30: The Lord is My Provider

Beloved, trust you are doing well today.  We started yesterday with, “The Lord is my portion.” Today, we are going a step further: The Lord is my provider. I don't know if you did as I did yesterday, in my prayers throughout yesterday, I kept saying "THE LORD IS MY PORTION." Life can sometimes make us feel worried. The bills pile up, needs keep coming, and dreams feel far away. We wonder, “Will I ever have enough? Who will take care of me?” In the middle of these questions, God’s Word gives us a beautiful promise: Philippians 4:19 – “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Notice what the verse says—all your need. Not some, not a few, but all. This doesn’t mean God gives us everything we want, but it means He provides exactly what we truly need at the right time. He knows us better than we know ourselves. Think of a little child. A good parent makes sure the child has food, clothes, and shelter. The child doesn’t sit and wo...
