Day 27 of 30: God is My Guide

 Greetings to you Beloved,

Reflection: I trust His leading, even in unknown paths.

Verse: Proverbs 3:5–6

Life is full of paths. Some are smooth, some are rough, some look promising, and some look scary. Many times, we stand at a crossroad and ask, “Which way should I go?” Left to ourselves, we may choose wrongly. We may follow what looks right but leads to pain. But when God is our Guide, we do not walk alone, and we do not walk blind.

He is not just a Guide with a map; He is the Light that shines on our path. He knows the way because He is the Way. He knows the end before the beginning, and He walks ahead of us, clearing stones and making crooked paths straight.

Sometimes His leading doesn’t look like what we expect. He may lead us on a road that seems longer, but that road is filled with protection and preparation. He may take us through the valley, but it is only because He wants to bring us to a mountain. His ways are always higher than our ways, and His thoughts are always deeper than ours.

Trusting Him as our Guide means letting go of control. It means saying, “Lord, I don’t know the way, but You do. I will follow.” That is where peace comes in. We don’t need to figure out tomorrow; we just need to walk with the One who holds tomorrow.

Even in unknown paths, He whispers, “This is the way, walk in it.” And when we listen, we find safety, joy, and fulfillment.

Today, rest in the truth that you are not walking alone. The God who guided Abraham, Moses, David, and Paul is guiding you too. Every step, every turn, every season—He is there.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my Guide. Even when I don’t understand, I choose to trust You. Lead me, and I will follow. Amen.

Day 1 of 30: God is My Portion

A recent song has really hit me, “OLUWATOSIN, JESUS IS ENOUGH FOR ME.” Each time I listen, my heart whispers back, Yes, Lord, You are enough. We live in a world that constantly pushes us to want more—more success, more money, more recognition. But deep down, the only true satisfaction comes from God Himself. That’s why I’m starting this journey: 30 Days of “The Lord is Enough for Me.” Every day we will look at one truth about who God is—our portion, peace, strength, and joy. Come along, and let’s rest in Him together. Day 1: God is My Portion There are times in life when we feel like something is missing. Maybe it’s money, friends, success, or even peace. Sometimes our hearts whisper, “If only I had this or that, then I would be happy.”*But the truth is this—things fade, people change, and life is never perfect. Yet, in the middle of all that, there is one unshakable truth: God is enough. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:24: *“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will ...

Day 3 of 30: The Lord is My Shepherd

Greetings to you Beloved, trust you are doing well today. We began this journey with “The Lord is my portion,” then “The Lord is my provider.” Today, we see another deep truth: The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” What a powerful promise! A shepherd’s job is to guide, feed, and protect the sheep. The sheep do not worry about the path, food, or danger—they only follow the shepherd. In the same way, God leads us, provides for us, and keeps us safe. Sheep cannot survive without a shepherd. They easily get lost, they cannot fight off wild animals, and they cannot find good pasture on their own. That’s exactly why God chose this picture for us. Without Him, we are lost. But with Him, we are safe. Jesus Himself said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” He not only leads us—He gave His life for us. That is how much He loves us. Sometimes, life feels like walking through a dark valley. We don...

Day 2 of 30: The Lord is My Provider

Beloved, trust you are doing well today.  We started yesterday with, “The Lord is my portion.” Today, we are going a step further: The Lord is my provider. I don't know if you did as I did yesterday, in my prayers throughout yesterday, I kept saying "THE LORD IS MY PORTION." Life can sometimes make us feel worried. The bills pile up, needs keep coming, and dreams feel far away. We wonder, “Will I ever have enough? Who will take care of me?” In the middle of these questions, God’s Word gives us a beautiful promise: Philippians 4:19 – “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Notice what the verse says—all your need. Not some, not a few, but all. This doesn’t mean God gives us everything we want, but it means He provides exactly what we truly need at the right time. He knows us better than we know ourselves. Think of a little child. A good parent makes sure the child has food, clothes, and shelter. The child doesn’t sit and wo...
