Day 6 of 30: The Lord is My Healer

Greetings to you Beloved.

When God says a thing, He surely bring to pass.

So far, our journey has been rich with reminders:

Day 1 – The Lord is my Portion.

Day 2 – The Lord is my Provider.

Day 3 – The Lord is my Shepherd.

Day 4 – The Lord is my Strength.

Day 5 – The Lord is my Peace.

And today, Day 6 brings another beautiful truth: The Lord is my Healer.

Isaiah 53:5 says, “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Healing is not just about the body. Healing touches every part of us—our hearts, our emotions, our past wounds, and even the hidden places no one else sees. Sometimes, we carry pain that medicine cannot touch and words cannot fix. But God can heal it all.

Think about how powerful this is: Jesus carried our sickness, our sorrow, and our brokenness on the cross. Every stripe He received was a promise of healing for us. That means no matter what you face—be it sickness in your body, heaviness in your heart, or wounds from life—there is healing in Him.

Psalm 147:3 says, “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.” This shows us that God cares not just about our physical healing, but also about our emotional and spiritual healing. He wants us whole in every way.

Sometimes healing is instant, and other times it comes step by step. But in every case, God is at work. Even when doctors and experts do their part, it is God who gives full restoration. His healing power is bigger than science, greater than pain, and deeper than any wound.

So if you are sick, tired, or broken today, remember: the Lord is your Healer. Lean on His promises, pray in faith, and let His Word remind you that healing is possible. It may not always look the way you expect, but God will always do what is best for you.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for being my Healer. Touch every part of me that is broken or weak. Restore my health, my heart, and my spirit. By Your stripes, I am made whole. Amen.

Life Application:

Take a moment today to speak this over yourself: “By His stripes, I am healed.” Write it down and place it somewhere you will see it often. Let it remind you daily that healing belongs to you in Christ.

Day 1 of 30: God is My Portion

A recent song has really hit me, “OLUWATOSIN, JESUS IS ENOUGH FOR ME.” Each time I listen, my heart whispers back, Yes, Lord, You are enough. We live in a world that constantly pushes us to want more—more success, more money, more recognition. But deep down, the only true satisfaction comes from God Himself. That’s why I’m starting this journey: 30 Days of “The Lord is Enough for Me.” Every day we will look at one truth about who God is—our portion, peace, strength, and joy. Come along, and let’s rest in Him together. Day 1: God is My Portion There are times in life when we feel like something is missing. Maybe it’s money, friends, success, or even peace. Sometimes our hearts whisper, “If only I had this or that, then I would be happy.”*But the truth is this—things fade, people change, and life is never perfect. Yet, in the middle of all that, there is one unshakable truth: God is enough. The Bible says in Lamentations 3:24: *“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will ...

Day 3 of 30: The Lord is My Shepherd

Greetings to you Beloved, trust you are doing well today. We began this journey with “The Lord is my portion,” then “The Lord is my provider.” Today, we see another deep truth: The Lord is my Shepherd. Psalm 23:1 says, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” What a powerful promise! A shepherd’s job is to guide, feed, and protect the sheep. The sheep do not worry about the path, food, or danger—they only follow the shepherd. In the same way, God leads us, provides for us, and keeps us safe. Sheep cannot survive without a shepherd. They easily get lost, they cannot fight off wild animals, and they cannot find good pasture on their own. That’s exactly why God chose this picture for us. Without Him, we are lost. But with Him, we are safe. Jesus Himself said in John 10:11, “I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.” He not only leads us—He gave His life for us. That is how much He loves us. Sometimes, life feels like walking through a dark valley. We don...

Day 2 of 30: The Lord is My Provider

Beloved, trust you are doing well today.  We started yesterday with, “The Lord is my portion.” Today, we are going a step further: The Lord is my provider. I don't know if you did as I did yesterday, in my prayers throughout yesterday, I kept saying "THE LORD IS MY PORTION." Life can sometimes make us feel worried. The bills pile up, needs keep coming, and dreams feel far away. We wonder, “Will I ever have enough? Who will take care of me?” In the middle of these questions, God’s Word gives us a beautiful promise: Philippians 4:19 – “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Notice what the verse says—all your need. Not some, not a few, but all. This doesn’t mean God gives us everything we want, but it means He provides exactly what we truly need at the right time. He knows us better than we know ourselves. Think of a little child. A good parent makes sure the child has food, clothes, and shelter. The child doesn’t sit and wo...
